Environmental Scan on Technology Survey

Email to ACC Faculty listserv re: Environmental Scan on Technology Survey

We are very excited to announce that ACC Library Services is conducting an environmental scan on student technology and library use. This project's goal is to gain a better understanding of ACC students' technology use in order to tailor tools and instruction to our unique population and to build library and media services that will reach as many students as possible in the manners most useful to them. We're also hoping to increase awareness of our many current library and technology services that are already available.

We know how busy you are at this time of the semester but would you please take a minute to mention the survey? Students can access the survey from the Library's home page, the Library's tab on Blackboard or from the "News & Announcements" story on the ACC home page. You can also share the link below with your students.

The URL for the survey is: http://library.austincc.edu/survey/Spring2010/

The survey began March 22nd and ends April 16th. Those ACC students who complete the survey enter into a drawing where three randomly selected participants who complete the survey will win $120 each.

Thank you,
Ellie Collier
